We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for all aspects of food & beverage, with a natural flair and ease engaging with guests. They must exude a passion for service experiences and show genuine heartfelt care for both our guests and our team. Attention to detail and a desire to strive for excellence daily are paramount to the success of this role. The Food & Beverage Duty Manager will be predominantly "on the floor," supporting and overseeing the team across various food & beverage outlets, with guest engagement playing a significant part.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting and overseeing daily food & beverage operations
* Assisting our team in developing lasting relationships with guests to ensure they leave feeling pampered and eager to return
* Demonstrating leadership by inspiring your team to achieve daily goals and develop their skills in an ultra-luxury environment
* Ensuring colleagues are nurtured and challenged within their roles to achieve peak performance
* Continuously developing the product and guest service proposition to position Adare Manor as a market leader
* Creating and delivering a "Beyond Everything" experience through highly effective operations
Successful candidates will:
* Have food & beverage management/duty management experience within hospitality
* Demonstrate strong leadership and a proactive, hands-on approach to support colleagues at all levels
* Be inspirational leaders passionate about creating energized teams providing world-class service
* Be fluent in spoken and written English
* Be capable of working under pressure with high-expectation guests
* Possess solid financial awareness and commercial acumen
