Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced administrator to provide administrative support across our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling jobs, entering invoices, preparing quotations and payment statements, and assisting with bookkeeping and internal accounts.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and bookkeeping or accounting software. Knowledge of the landscaping or trades industry is beneficial but not essential.
About the Role
* General office administration and support across the business
* Scheduling jobs and managing diaries
* Entering invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
* Preparing and sending quotations, invoices, and payment statements
* Tracking payments in and out, and following up where necessary
* Assisting with bookkeeping and internal accounts
* Providing customer service and answering calls in a professional manner
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software (training provided on our system)
* Professional and approachable when dealing with clients and suppliers
* Dependable, flexible, and enjoys working as part of a team
