Job Description
We are currently recruiting committed and compassionate Health Care Assistants who must be willing to work within some of our many Nursing Homes. Candidates will be rostered weekly for the foreseeable future. Full‑time, part‑time and flexible hours are available. Successful candidates choose when they are available to work and we will endeavour to offer shifts to suit preferred times and locations.
Minimum requirements:
* Facet Level 5 or equivalent QQI accredited certification in Healthcare or equivalent evidence of experience.
* Proficient level of English.
* Empathy for people in care and the vulnerable in our society.
* Ability to work under instruction, as part of a team and capable of working on own initiative.
* Ready to start with immediate effect after completion of Garda Vetting, reference checks, and other relevant checks.
* Required training: CPR, Infection Control (hand hygiene), Patient Manual Handling, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Fire Awareness, PPE training.
