I am currently partnering with a leading organisation in Cork to recruit a
SAP Project Coordinator
to support their
SAP implementation project

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the project management team with documentation, trackers, and schedules
* Coordinate meetings, stand-ups, and follow-ups to ensure smooth daily operations
* Track action items, deliverables, and issues to keep the project on course
* Assist with onboarding logistics and access for new team members
* Prepare and distribute meeting notes and status updates
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in project coordination or PMO support (ERP/SAP)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Excel
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
* Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methods and SAP lifecycle is highly desirable
