Weare recruiting a Full Time Administrator to work with our team in our main office in Ardee, Co Louth. This opening presents an excellent opportunity to join this family owned and run organisation at an exciting phase of growth. Candidates must be highly motivated, flexible, and willing to embrace the culture of My Life.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Operations, Director of Care, & Service Managers providing administrative support on a day-to-day basis. If you are a person who is organised, efficient, capable of working on your own initiative and as part of a team and have an interest in developing your career in Administration then we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities include:
Front-of-house and office administrative support
Administrative support for HR, Training and other office functions
Data entry and filing.
Diary management and record keeping
Assisting with compiling information for weekly and monthly reports
Administrative and project-work support to all manager as needs arise.
An ability to update and create content for My Life's online and social medial platforms would be an advantage.
What you need to be considered for this Full Time Administrator position:
A strong administrative background
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Excellent computer /IT skills
Ability to priorities and manage busy workload
Passionate, along with a genuine interest in the delivery of a first class resident centred service and care
