Job Description
The PGIM Real Estate Information Systems team is seeking a full-time Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will work with a high-performing and diverse team that supports PGIM Real Estate's Global Debt Business, including loan origination, asset management, portfolio management, and servicing functions.
The UI/UX Designer role will work alongside the Chief Product Owner, Product Owner team, and the Information Systems teams to design screens for Omnia, our proprietary cloud-based application used across PGIM Real Estate's Global Debt Business. The incumbent will partner with Product Owners and business groups to develop screen and process designs for the Omnia application using Figma, which adhere to our design standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with UI/UX design experience (e.g., user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, etc.)
* Technical & Analytical Skills: Experience with design tools (such as Figma or Adobe XD) and project management tools (such as Jira or Confluence)
* Experience in user requirements gathering including business process mapping
* In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
* Experience facilitating meetings and presentations with stakeholders across various levels and business groups
