The role of the Workshop Operations Manager is to oversee day-to-day activities within a joinery workshop environment. This involves supervising apprentices, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all tools and machinery, and supporting the delivery of high-quality training products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in joinery or carpentry, ideally within a workshop environment.
* Familiarity with computer-aided drawing (CAD) software is desirable.
* QQI Level 6 Craft Certificate in Carpentry or Joinery is required.
* A full driving license is necessary for this position.
