Senior Access ConsultantFull-Time | HybridAre you passionate about creating a world where everyday life is fully accessible for all?We are seeking aSenior Access Consultantto join a world-class team that leads internationally inDisability Inclusion, Universal Design, and Accessibility.This role goes beyond compliance — you will help organisations future-proof their operations by embedding accessibility and inclusive practice across everything they do.As a Senior Consultant, you will bridge the gap betweentechnical standards and strategic execution, leading complex projects for national and global clients across multiple sectors.What You'll Do:Expert AdvisoryDevelop accessibility guidelines and toolkitsLead access audits, Maturity Model Assessments, benchmarking, and Universal Design reviewsWork across the built environment, information provision, learning & development, people & talent, and service provisionStrategic ImpactSupport inclusive design strategies from concept to completionEmbed accessibility into corporate culture, ICT, and information provisionTechnical ExcellenceApply expert knowledge of TGD M, the Disability Act 2005, the European Accessibility Act, and the UNCRPDTraining & MentoringDesign and deliver high-impact training programmesProvide technical supervision and mentoring to junior and mid-level consultantsStakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to clientsFacilitate workshops and represent the organisation at industry eventsWhat We're Looking For:Essential Criteria5+ years' experience in one or more of the following:Access Consulting, Disability Inclusion, Universal Design, or Diversity, Equity & InclusionProven experience leading accessibility assessments and delivering high-quality, actionable reportsStrong knowledge of disability access legislation and standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projectsA collaborative, team-focused approachDesirableProfessional accreditation or membership (e.g. IAAP)Background in DEI, Building Surveying, Occupational Therapy, or a related disciplineExperience in training delivery or instructional design
