Brooks Hotel requires a
Kitchen porter
to join the kitchen team. Candidate must like cleaning and have high standards of cleanliness. Hours are from 6am to 2.30 or from 2.30 to 11pm and will include weekend work.
*Responsibilities Of The Role*
To maintain high standards of cleanliness in the Kitchen
Using the industrial dishwasher to clean all crockery and cutlery
Cleaning pots and pans
Cleaning all kitchen equipment
Cleaning all work surfaces and floors
Assisting Chefs with their work to include prepping breakfast mise en place and basic food preparation
Ensuring high standards of HACCAP are maintained
*Requirements*
Have to be able to work mornings, evenings and including weekend.
Must have experience in a similar standard hotel or restaurant
Positive attitude and warm and friendly personality
Proven ability to work with a team
Excellent communication skills
High standards with excellent attention to detail
Fluent English essential
Experience In Irish Properties Preferred
Live locally so can commute easily to work.
