Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Application Consultant for our Brainlab Digital O.R. integration, covering our installed base in Dublin. Reporting to the Director Sales UK & Ireland, you will be based at the customer location and part of the Brainlab UK & Ireland team.
Responsibilities
* Educate, train, and provide on-site guidance to physicians and hospital personnel
* Perform new system installations and software updates
* Communicate effectively with customers to troubleshoot issues
* Demonstrate organizational and planning skills, including task prioritization and time management
* Initiate upgrade projects and sell service contracts to existing customers
* Monitor and promote customer usage of products
* Attend meetings and trade shows to promote products and services
Training: 4 to 6 weeks at headquarters in Munich and in the field with experienced colleagues.
Qualifications
* Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering/Technology, Medical Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
* Experience in digitalization of video/data flows, PACS, Vendor-neutral archives, and HIS systems in hospitals is a plus
* Self-planning, organization, and implementation of service activities
* Knowledge of IT networks and server environments
* Ability to work as part of a team or individually
* Good sense of humor
* Willingness to travel
* Fluent in English
