Project Manager for Mechanical and Electrical Services
As a key member of our Dublin-based team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination of all building services activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing the installation, testing, and commissioning of both mechanical and electrical services.
1. You will oversee the coordination of various stakeholders, including construction teams, consultants, and contractors.
2. Your responsibilities will also include chairing meetings, ensuring timely resolution of RFIs, and maintaining open communication channels.
3. Strong management skills and experience in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering are essential for this position.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* A third-level qualification or trade qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.
* Prior management experience in related fields is highly desirable.
* Candidates from consultancy, building contractor, or M&E Contractor backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
