Job Title: Deal Facilitator
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to facilitate deal closures in our expanding team. As a key member, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing deal closing document packages on funded and on-book portfolio transactions.
About the Role:
* Serving as subject matter expert and primary interface between parties involved in syndication deals;
* Coordinating and organising all deal closing document packages;
* Reviewing complex documentation for lease and loan transactions;
* Supporting syndication initiatives;
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in similar roles such as transaction analysis, credit operations or loan servicing. Additional skills like problem-solving, analytical thinking would also be an advantage.
