Full-Time | Oliver Dunne Restaurants | Malahide
We're seeking an experienced Reservations & Events Manager to lead our busy reservations and events department across Oliver Dunne Restaurants. This is a full-time role overseeing day-to-day reservations while managing private dining, weddings, corporate events, and group bookings.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and manage the reservations team, ensuring smooth daily operations
* Maximise bookings and maintain systems (7Rooms/OpenTable) to the highest standard
* Handle enquiries via phone, email, and social media with exceptional service
* Oversee corporate, wedding, and large group bookings from enquiry to post-event follow-up
* Build strong relationships with clients, DMCs, agencies, and tour operators
* Collaborate with chefs, managers, and accounts to ensure seamless events and accurate billing
* Support marketing campaigns and seasonal events (especially Christmas!)
About You:
* Strong background in reservations/events within hospitality
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
* Proficient in reservations systems (7Rooms / OpenTable preferred)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
