About the Role As Night Manager, you will oversee all night operations, uphold the hotel's high standards, and act as the key point of contact for guests during overnight hours.
You will ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a secure environment, and manage the front-of-house operation while providing a seamless handover into the morning shift.
Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional level of guest service, warmly welcoming late arrivals and supporting early departures.
Oversee night operations across front office, guest services, housekeeping coordination, and security.
Conduct regular property checks to ensure guest safety, building security, and overall presentation.
Handle guest queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Complete nightly reports, audits, and handover notes for management.
Assist with concierge duties such as arranging transport, offering local recommendations, and anticipating guest needs.
Lead by example to maintain brand standards and service excellence.
Respond to any emergencies or incidents with professionalism and confidence.
Work closely with day management to ensure continuity across shifts.
Requirements Previous experience as a Night Manager or in a senior front office role within a hotel environment.
Strong guest service focus with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Confident working independently and making decisions during overnight hours.
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Experience with hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
Own transport is essential due to the hotel's location.
