 
        About the projectCpl Healthcare in partnership with our client is looking to recruit Project Officers for an anticipated 6 months' project. This project will require ascertaining information from relevant stakeholders of the client and recording this information accurately on a tracker system. We are looking for professional and reliable individuals to join the team as a Project Officer on this project.Role OverviewThe project officer is responsible for contacting a pre-approved list of contacts to verify and document information relating to the required project information. This role requires a high level of customer service, high volume phone and contact communication, excellent communication skills and will follow agreed processes. This role will be a remote work from home arrangement, and the necessary IT infrastructure must be available – i.e. broadband and private home office.Key ResponsibilitiesMake and take calls, including video calls, from relevant stakeholders via telephone and remote meeting applications (MS Team, Zoom, Webex etc)Keep themselves appraised of the relevant documentation/procedures as relevant.Manage data – including maintaining, correcting, collating, interrogating, validating, and processing dataMaintaining accurate up to date records filing systems and records.Provide administration support to management in preparing and collating materials.Assist with and / or prepare reports as necessaryRecord information and update project trackerEngage with state services and relevant stakeholder and provide required information and support to Service ManagersAction all communications in a timely mannerRepresent the Service in a positive mannerMaintain confidentiality of documentation, records etcMaximise the use of technology in ensuring work is completed to a high standard.Organise and attend meetings as requiredTake minutes at meetings and prepare for timely circulation following meetingsUndertake any other administrative support and assignments as directedUse of Information Technology, e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, database, e-mail and internet.Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.High computer literacy and ability to tracker system.Ability to prioritise tasksWhat We OfferComprehensive training and ongoing support.Remote working.A competitive remuneration package
