About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised
Junior Project Coordinator
to join our team in Ireland. You will support project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring ongoing projects.
* Coordinate project activities, schedules, and team communications.
* Prepare project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and action logs.
* Track project progress and help identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Support resource coordination and maintain project calendars.
* Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
* Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
* Experience or internship in project coordination or administration.
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
