Key Areas Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and well-presented Supporting preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment Responding promptly and professionally to guest and staff maintenance requests Upholding safety standards and compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest experience Job Purpose The Maintenance Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and presentation of The Hotel.
This position is responsible for day-to-day repairs, preventative upkeep, and assisting with larger maintenance projects.
Working closely with the Maintenance Manager or Group Facilities Manager to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standard, creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
