Miller Hospitality Established in 2003 offering both temp and perm recruitment throughout Ireland, we had our up and downs like most and Stephen when on his own for many years and now seeking to expand the business and seeking a proactive and inspiring individual to spear head business growth. Stephen wishes to back due to other activities and would like weekly reporting and a Friday morning brief to see where his experience can help, this will be over a period of 6-12 months as Stephen is very sales/relationship focused as he believes both clients and candidates are kings and queens. Stephen knows that the brand sales and maintaining communication is vital for the pipeline to be managed, added too and maintained. The scope her to bring fresh and new leads is changeling both finically rewarding but also to our local community. Job Purpose: The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment strategy, managing a team of recruiters (if applicable), and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent efficiently and effectively. This role will work closely with department heads and senior leadership to anticipate hiring needs and implement best-in-class talent acquisition practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the companys recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans Design and improve recruitment policies, processes, and tools Oversee job descriptions, interview structures, and candidate assessments Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Use data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing platforms Train and mentor junior recruiters or talent acquisition staff (NewBees) Promote employer branding initiatives and diversity hiring practices Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Strong organizational and time-management abilities Data-driven with experience using metrics to optimise hiring performance Skills: team leader Sales Recruitment & Selection Business Acumen Candidate Management Resourcing Management Competency Based Interviewing
