Key Responsibilities:? Ensure compliancewith company procedures Request and obtain utility records from service providers (water, gas, electricity, telecoms) Maintain a structured database of utility records and correspondencewithin the companys online system Distribute utility information to project teams ina timelyand efficientmanner Track requests and follow up with utility providers to avoid delays Highlight missing, unclear, or high-risk utility data to project teams Requirements:? Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and document management systems Knowledge of civil engineering and utilities is an advantage Basic understanding of utility mapping is desirable Ability to work independently and use initiative Ability to work to tight deadlines.? *Salary figures advertised are for guidance, packages are based on candidate experience.
