Key Duties
7. Oversee and manage day-to-day activities on-site.
8. Coordinate and supervise site staff and subcontractors.
9. Ensure projects are completed within specified timelines.
10. Supervise civil engineering and groundworks contractors.
11. Maintain high standards of quality in all works performed.
12. Manage site documentation, including labor timesheets, supplier records, and HSQE paperwork.
Who We're Looking For
13. Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar supervisory role, especially in water infrastructure or heavy civils projects.
14. Training & Certifications:Managing Safely in Construction.Safe Pass.Manual Handling.
15. Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities to effectively coordinate teams and achieve project goals.
16. Driving License: Full Irish driving license required.
