Our client, a highly regarded Irish law firm with a strong national reputation, is seeking to grow its Real Estate practice with the appointment of a Newly Qualified Solicitor or a Trainee Solicitor due to qualify this year. This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a leading team engaged in high‑value and strategically important real estate matters.
The successful candidate will advise a diverse portfolio of clients, including lenders, borrowers, developers, and public bodies. You will gain exposure to all aspects of real estate investment and finance transactions, from due diligence and drafting through to negotiation and completion.
A significant aspect of the position involves supporting large‑scale acquisitions carried out by State agencies for the delivery of major national infrastructure projects. The team also advises on a broad range of landlord and tenant matters across commercial asset classes, with notable focus on industrial and office lettings.
