Head Chef Position: Head Chef Location: Gormanstown, Co. Meath Salary: €60,000 per annum Schedule: 4 days on / 3 days off, 11:00am - 9:00pm About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be passionate about food, creative with menus, and capable of maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Oversee menu planning, development, and delivery to the highest standard. Maintain cost control, stock management, and ordering. Train, motivate, and support kitchen staff to achieve excellence. Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, health, and food safety standards. Work closely with management to deliver consistency in service and quality. Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent knowledge of menu planning, costing, and stock management. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards. Full flexibility with working hours (11am - 9pm, 4 days on / 3 days off). A full driver's licence and own transport is desirable. What We Offer Competitive salary of €60,000 per year.
