The Quality System Co-Ordinator will report to the IMS Manager on all matters pertaining to the Quality Management System.Work Location:Stamullen, Co. Meath (Onsite)Duties & Responsibilities:The role of the Quality System Coordinator will be to develop, maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and business requirements.Duties:Document ControlUpload new and revised documents to the online Quality Management System (QMS) platformCommunicating QMS document changes to relevant departments promptly and efficiently.Print and distribute documents when neededEnsure required records are maintained and kept up to date with regards to visual management throughout production facilities. (e.g., policies displayed on notice boards)Archive or remove outdated documents in accordance with document control proceduresHandle sensitive documentation with discretion and maintain confidentialitySupport other departments and functions in the compliance with their QMS responsibilities.Continuous ImprovementManage actions on Improvement Log.Lead/Contribute to Continuous Improvement ProjectsInternal AuditsAssist in planning and follow up on the Internal AuditsOnline Quality Management System PlatformProvide backup support for creating online access and configuring notificationsAssist with day-to-day operational support activitiesGenerate and maintain various reportsPrepare, trend, and analyze key performance metrics, including weekly and monthly reporting as neededProvide training and support on the use of the QMS Platform.Requirements:High level of Administration and document control experienceStrong communication skills; both verbal and writtenProficient Microsoft office user (including Sharepoint and Teams)Detailed orientated.Desirable Requirements:Experience working in ISO 9001ISO 9001 Internal auditor qualificationGood technical background including technical writing skillsStrong customer focusPrevious experience in dealing with Complaints and Quality SystemsDemonstrable self-motivation with the ability to multitask.
