Financial Analyst Professional Practice | Dublin City Centre Our client, a leading and well-established professional practice based in Dublin City Centre, is looking to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant or finalist (qualifying within the next 12 months) who wants broad exposure, real responsibility and regular interaction with senior management.
Youll join a finance team of 9 and report directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner.
The Role: You will play a key role in supporting the financial management of architectural projects, developing a strong understanding of project financial drivers while working closely with project managers, architects and directors.
Managing project billing forecasts within the costing system Resource planning and reporting planned vs actual spend Issuing monthly sales invoices and statements; managing debtor follow-up Supporting fee proposals and project setup Managing sub-consultants on projects Working closely with project managers and directors to ensure accurate, timely financial information Debtors reporting and timesheet compliance Ad hoc finance support as required The Person Recently qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Strong Excel and analytical skills- Power BI an advantage Experience working with financial systems Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and dealing with senior stakeholders Detail-focused, process-driven and commercially aware Self-motivated team player with the ability to work on own initiative This role will suit a progressive accountant who wants to develop commercially within a growing professional services environment.
