Sales Development Representative Our client, a leading technology consultancy, empowers businesses to evolve, innovate, and thrive in the digital age. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic sales team. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful business conversations, create high-quality opportunities, and contribute directly to the companys expansion across multiple industries. The role is based 2 days in the Dublin city centre office About You Driven, competitive, and customer-focused, with a passion for sales and technology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in engaging senior stakeholders. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Curious and eager to understand how technology creates business value. A self-starter who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team environment. Resilient and adaptable, with a positive approach to feedback and challenges. Previous experience in sales development, IT consulting, or technology sales is highly desirable. Familiarity with IT services, cloud solutions, or digital transformation. Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo. Responsibilities Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Understand each prospects business needs and demonstrate how the consultancys solutions can drive measurable success. Partner with Business Development Managers to create qualified sales opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers as a trusted first point of contact. Use tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms to manage and track engagement. Stay informed on industry trends and continually refine your understanding of the companys service offerings. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure aligned and effective outreach. Apply consultative selling techniques and handle objections with professionalism and insight.
