About the Role
To develop and grow distribution, revenue, volume, and trading contribution of the entire Britvic brand portfolio within all outlets in your territory. Work alongside wholesale partners indirectly through account development, consultative selling, customer relationship management, and product availability and distribution across ‘Away From Home’ outlets (On Trade, Hospitality, Foodservice, Leisure, Workplace, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
* Drive growth in distribution, revenue, volume, trading contribution and market share across brands, channels and packs.
* Maximise product availability for the full Britvic portfolio (Pepsi, 7UP, Ballygowan, MiWadi, London Essence, Teisseire & more) across On‑Trade, Hospitality, Foodservice and Workplace channels.
* Deliver quarterly sales targets for Aqua Libra Co Taps, Soft Drink Dispense units and Ballygowan Water Coolers.
* Collaborate & influence through monthly meetings with RTM, KAM, NAM and wholesalers to activate promotions and land Joint Business Plans.
* Win new business using a consultative selling approach with high‑volume soft drink outlets.
Other Responsibilities
* Strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, working with Telesales and Customer Care to maximise service, growth and satisfaction.
* Ensure best‑in‑class execution to PICOS & Perfect Store standards.
* Deliver engaging customer presentations.
* Leverage CRM & reporting tools for data‑driven decisions and effective territory management.
* Manage territory costs and promotional investment to stay within budget.
* Maintain full compliance with operational and CRM standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
* Three years plus knowledge of the beverage industry, products, channels and competition.
* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Strong financial acumen and high computer literacy.
* Drive and initiative.
Desirable Experience
* Sales experience in HORECA / On Trade field sales role or similar.
Qualifications
* Substantial (3 years +) sales experience in FMCG environment.
* Full clean driving licence is essential.
* Third level qualification in Business or relevant discipline is desirable. (Leaving certificate level or equivalent may be sufficient depending on experience)
