IT Support Analyst

The Role
As an IT Support Analyst, you'll provide front-line technical support across desktop, network, and application environments. You'll handle user requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems remain operational to support daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
* Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
* Monitor and manage data backups and elevate issues as needed.
* Liaise with vendors and elevate complex issues to higher-level support.
* Assist with IT projects, deployments, and security initiatives.
Skills & Experience
* experience in IT Support or a related technical role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience with Active Directory, networking basics, and hardware setup.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
* Familiarity with ITSM or helpdesk tools.
* IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, or ITIL) are an advantage.
* Previous experience in a healthcare or regulated environment is desirable.
