Salary

We offer a competitive salary of €30,000 - €35,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with all queries in an efficient and professional manner.

2. Booking and arranging travel, transport & accommodation.
">
3. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and grant forms.
">
4. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients, as well as managing databases and filing systems.

5. Reporting and providing personal assistance to the Sales Director.
">
6. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:
">
">
* 2-3 years experience as an Office Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
">
* Proven high level of computer literacy – specifically the use of Microsoft Suite applications.
">
* High level of attention to detail both written, verbal and numerical.
">
* Must be highly proficient in the use of the English language, verbal and written.
">
* Ability to work as part of a busy team while also being capable of working without supervision when the need arises.
">
* Demonstratable experience in dealing with customer queries and dealing with them in a professional and prompt manner.
