About the Job Opportunity
* Provide commercial and contractual support to operations on major projects.
* Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
* Liaise with clients and consultants from initial enquiries through to final accounts.
* Monitor and process project variations.
* Issue tender queries and prepare tender reports.
* Report on the financial progression of projects to management.
Essential Requirements
* 5+ years experience working in the mechanical contracting sector.
* Knowledge of mechanical materials and system types, supply chain management and sub-contractor networks.
* Ability to read drawings and perform take-offs.
* Effective communication skills at all levels within the company and with clients.
* Proven experience of managing tenders from enquiry to award stage.
