Responsibilities: Take full ownership of client payrolls across multiple pay frequencies Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports in line with statutory requirements (PAYE, PRSI, USC, etc.) Maintain up-to-date payroll records, including new starters, leavers, and employee changes.
Use advanced Excel skills to reconcile data, prepare reports, and streamline payroll processes.
Act as the main point of contact for client payroll queries, providing timely and professional support.
Liaise with external stakeholders such as Revenue, pension providers, and benefit administrators.
Assist in system updates, process improvements, and internal reporting as required.
Requirements: Proven experience in a payroll processing role, preferably in a client-focused environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations) Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience with Megapay software is a distinct advantage IPASS qualification (or working towards it) is preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines Benefits: Work From Home
