oleThe RPA Team designs, delivers and operates automation solutions to drive efficiency and reduce costs and risk across the organization. You will be joining the team as a support Engineer working closely with the development team, maintaining and monitoring robotic process environments, running automations, maintaining resources, analyzing logs, detecting bugs, identifying fixes and resolutions. Hours of work: 1pm to 9

• Manage and control queries (incidents, issues, change requests) submitted by the busin

• Assist on the deployment of changes to the different automation environme
nts.
• Communicate to business stakeholders, developers and senior management issues affecting the automation's normal operati
ons.
• Create and maintain solution documentation in det
ail.
• Triage incidents and change request tickets ensuring they are classified appropriat
ely.
• Review and manage the automation and workflow queues for each solution running in the production environm

ield.1-3 years' experience in the follo
* wing:Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Robotic Enterprise Framework
