An opportunity for a tax manager to join the Corporate Tax team of a big 4 firm. This team supports Irish‑headquartered PLCs and large corporates by delivering tax structuring advice, tax technology solutions, and end‑to‑end compliance services.

About the position
Partnering with Heads of Tax and senior leaders, you will help shape and execute tax strategy and advise on the tax implications of key business decisions — from acquisitions and disposals to international expansion, tax‑efficient financing, and broader consulting matters.
The team also support clients in selecting and implementing the right tax technology tools to streamline compliance and reporting. A key part of the teams work involves helping organisations prepare for and respond to evolving legislation and policy developments, including the introduction of the Pillar Two regime.
Coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

About the person
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in tax consulting and/or compliance.
Strong academic background, holding a degree in any discipline, along with an AITI/CTA qualification (or equivalent).
Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyse market trends, draw meaningful insights, and support clients in making informed, innovative decisions.
Proven relationship‑building skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different people and situations to foster strong, diverse connections.
A creative mindset, able to contribute fresh ideas and propose innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative team player with a genuine interest in coaching, supporting, and developing others.
