Accounts Assistant Opportunity
A prominent law firm in Dublin City Centre is seeking a skilled finance professional to join their dynamic team as an accounts assistant.
Key Responsibilities Include –
1. Process daily office and client account payments efficiently.
2. Maintain strong relationships with banks through regular communication.
3. Prepare VAT & VIES returns accurately and within deadlines.
4. Support the processing of invoices and expenses for two companies' purchase ledgers.
5. Assist with creditor statement reconciliations.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients.
7. Liaise with partners and internal staff regarding general finance inquiries.
8. Cover other finance team members during absences.
9. Manage the finance helpdesk.
Required Skills and Qualifications –
10. Working towards IATI or equivalent accounts qualification.
11. 2 years' experience in general bookkeeping.
12. Ability to work under pressure as a team player, with previous exposure to VAT returns.
