This role is for aFinancial Planner, servicing the Cork/Munster area (with flexibility for hybrid work and occasional office visits). The firm is experiencing high growth, so this role will take on a warm book of business.The Role:Manage, maintain and grow a substantial existing client book, delivering tailored advice on pensions, investments, protection, retirement and overall wealth planning.Build new business relationships: identify and engage prospective clients in your region to expand the book, leveraging the significant network within the business.Provide expert financial planning and guidance, working holistically with clients to tailor solutions aligned with their personal goals, risk profile, and life plans.Ensure all advice and activity complies with regulatory standards and good practice, delivering transparent and ethical service.Work in a flexible/hybrid arrangement: much of the role can be done remotely, with occasional presence in office as needed.The Candidate:Qualified (QFA or equivalent), demonstrable experience in financial planning and wealth/advisory services.Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience managing or advising clients on pensions, investments or comprehensive financial plans.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build long-term relationships and trust with clients.Ambitious, motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.Self-driven, with high levels of discipline, integrity and a client-first ethos.What We Offer:Competitive base salary of €60,000-€80,000, plus uncapped commission and performance-based incentives with strong earning potential for the right person.Flexible working arrangements (remote work available, with occasional office attendance) and modern IT support.A supportive and collaborative culture, committed to long-term growth and professional development.High levels of autonomy and opportunity to take real ownership of your client book and your career direction within a growing business.If you are a driven Financial Planner seeking to take charge of your career, building meaningful relationships and making a real impact on client's financial futures, we'd love to hear from you.Send your CV or get in touch directly with Michael Gorman to explore this opportunity.
