Job Title: Clinical Team Lead
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and advising on infection prevention, supporting outbreak management and audits, managing emergency meds and equipment, reviewing incidents, improving systems, and training staff to spot and act on patient deterioration.
This role requires a strong knowledge of infection prevention and control, as well as experience in a leadership position. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead during medical emergencies and drills
* Track training results
* Support high-risk units
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse
* At least 2 years' experience in a leadership position
* A strong knowledge of infection prevention and control
