Business Growth Leader
The role of Business Growth Leader plays a pivotal part in driving business expansion and achieving client objectives. The ideal candidate will lead multiple sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies and plans for various business units across territories.
This position is based in Galway and requires travel. The successful candidate must be results-driven, ambitious, and able to deliver against defined metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor and motivate sales managers, develop people engagement and incentive strategies, and manage sales team issues.
* Implement and refine the sales strategy, analyze route-to-market options, and optimize sales analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
* Enhance sales processes and KPIs, optimize CRM systems, and manage customer relationships.
* Develop pricing strategies for sustainable margin growth and provide customer feedback and market insights.
* Lead business development initiatives, including acquiring new customers, products, and territories, and identifying opportunities for excellence.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions, and foster stakeholder relationships.
* Oversee expense reports and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5 years of international sales management experience, preferably in omni-channel sales.
* 7 years of sales/marketing experience with a proven track record of sales performance.
* Results-oriented mindset, ambition, and drive to deliver against defined metrics.
* Degree in Business or equivalent, with experience in construction and/or agri markets an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with fluency in multiple languages an advantage.
* Advanced negotiation, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Customer-focused, financially literate, and IT-fluent, with experience in CRM and sales enhancement tools.
