Overview
Your new role is that of Branch Manager with a large insurance firm.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the branch sales office operation and achieve performance levels and sales targets.
Manage costs and identify and introduce efficiencies where possible.
You are a people leader and in this role you will coach and develop staff, manage and recognise high performance and manage under performance.
Lead and manage performance of Sales Executives and Advisors.
Provide coaching, development and support to staff.
Work with other branch managers to best utilise shared resources.
Grow revenue through direct selling and account management, personally and with the office team.
Target customer segments in multiple sectors and develop prospecting strategies to maximise penetration.
Manage all aspects of the sales process i.e. prospecting, lead generation, time and territory management, and call activity, conversion rates, follow-up renewals and referrals.

Who are you
Possess CIP qualification
Proven track record in sales, relationship management and people management
In-depth knowledge of sales processes - prospecting, lead generation, time and territory management, and call activity, conversion rates, follow-up renewals and referrals
A full clean driving licence
