Technical Support Position
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing critical technical assistance to employees across various departments and sites. You will work closely with the IT Service Delivery Manager to deploy new services and ensure seamless IT operations.
What we are looking for in a candidate
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required
* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA Security
* Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
* Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Experience with Microsoft Exchange/Outlook and administration of switches, firewalls, and routers
* Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organisational skills
