 
        
        We are working with a leading international firm who are seeing a Junior Associate to join their Employment law practice within their Dublin office.
The Role:
The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in an esteemed Employment team, working on a diverse range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The candidate's role will see them working on matters such as risk management, WRC, Labour Court and Circuit Court litigation, mediations, industrial relations, and immigration.
The candidate will work across a complex and challenging caseload of high-value employment law cases, supporting the firm's client base in both litigation and advisory matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with the firm's client base.
Essential Criteria:
 * NQ-1 PQE;
 * Strong background in employment law within a medium to large international or City law firm;
 * Demonstrable commercial awareness;
 * Excellent academics;
 * Negotiation skills;
 * Strong communication skills;
 * Ability to work independently and within a team.
