OverviewAn expanding residential developer with a strong landbank and a healthy pipeline of projects is seeking a Bid Manager to join their team. This is a key role in the business, responsible for leading bids and tender submissions, shaping winning strategies, and ensuring commercial viability at the early stages of projects.The successful candidate will bring structured bid management skills combined with commercial awareness (procurement, cost planning, and contracts).
