Scope: Fully Employed Model: Fully Onsite Location: Dublin Industry: B2B SaaS Responsibilities: Own the content strategy and deliverables for your designated product focus Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to craft clear, concise microcopy that supports user flows Review user experiences and provide feedback to improve UI/UX design Write Help Center articles including how-to's, tutorials, and best practices Create in-product assistance such as walkthroughs, tooltips, and contextual help Track feedback channels to identify user needs, evaluate content performance, and shape priorities Stay current on industry trends and apply new approaches for a global audience Implement a Chameleon writing style - a proven ability to modify ones tone and voice to match the customer and use case Ability to manage and prioritize your tasks with input from outside stakeholders 5+ years of experience in microcopy/UX/content writing and Help center content Working experience producing user documentation, including guides, tutorials, and best-practice articles according to team standards Mother Tongue English Please note: Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not possible for this role.
