**Housekeeping Services Manager Position**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Services Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel's facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of luxury service for our guests.
* To develop and implement cleaning standards that meet or exceed industry expectations.
* To lead a team of housekeepers in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment throughout the hotel.
* To identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase operational efficiency and quality control.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment, with a strong focus on housekeeping. They will possess excellent leadership and staff management skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
