Part-Time Receptionist Corporate Office (Merrion Square) We are currently seeking a professional and approachable Part-Time Receptionist to join a busy corporate office based in Merrion Square, Dublin.
This is an on-site role, ideal for someone who enjoys being front of house while also supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.
Working pattern: 3 days per week on-site.
Mandatory: Tuesday & Thursday.
Third day: Monday or Wednesday (candidates choice) The Role This is a varied front-of-house position where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also providing day-to-day administrative support to the office.
Key Responsibilities Meet and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Manage reception area and incoming calls/emails Organise meeting rooms and coordinate meetings Calendar management and scheduling Prepare correspondence including letters, certificates, and emails General administrative support (filing, document preparation, data entry) Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office About You Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role Professional, friendly, and well-presented Strong communication and organisational skills Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities Confident using MS Office and email/calendar systems If youre looking for a part-time role that combines front-of-house interaction with administrative variety, wed love to hear from you.
