The Airport Invoice Analyst team sits within the Financial Planning & Analysis department.ResponsibilitiesMaintenance of Airport contracts within the contract maintenance systemAnalysis of Airport invoices with responsibility over a portfolio of airportsInvoice authorisation to meet weekly/monthly payment cycleMonthly reconciliationsBusiness partnering with Commercial and Operations teamsReview and analysis of Airport costs for use in budgeting and forecastingAssist in resolving payment queries with suppliersRequirementsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordStrong attention to detail, analytical, interpretative, numerical and problem‑solving skillsExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlinesAll candidates should be self‑motivated, flexible and dynamic with good communication skills.
