Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Certification in Program Management (e.g., Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP)) or Vendor Management.
15 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
5 years of experience in people management, including managing global teams and cross-functional programs.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
15 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or web technologies.
7 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
Experience in driving alignment across conflicting priorities and varying viewpoints in vendor/extended workforce management, with excellent collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
About The Job gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team empowers Product Areas (PAs) to optimize extended workforce (xWF) operations, reduce risks, and improve efficiency by enforcing Google's best practices and policies.
We ensure consistent adherence to Google's policies and guidelines.
The Partner Engagement team represents xWS to PAs.
We build essential relationships with Alphabet PAs and the Global Procurement Office (GPO) to deliver policies and manage xW in a consistent, scalable way across the enterprise.
Our mission is to facilitate xW success, help teams manage compliance, build resilient operations, and promote cost savings.
We focus on understanding PA needs to develop tailored solutions.
In this role, you will align team goals with xWS and PA objectives, leveraging your stakeholder management, business partnership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
You will influence Google's strategy in regulatory, commercial, and operational decisions.

Build relationships and influence stakeholders at the leadership level to achieve outcomes aligned with Google's interests.
