Job Purpose:
As a Driver for Northgate Vehicle Hire, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring the efficient collection and delivery of vehicles to and from customers.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough vehicle condition checks and capturing photographic evidence to ensure vehicle quality and condition are accurately documented.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Collection & Delivery:
Collect and deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring timely and professional service.
Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery and collection details.
Vehicle Condition Checks:
Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles before and after each delivery or collection.
Record and report any damage, defects, or maintenance issues.
Vehicle Documentation:
Photograph vehicles at collection and delivery points to document their condition.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and condition reports.
Customer Interaction:
Represent Northgate professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Address any customer queries or concerns promptly and escalate as necessary.
Compliance & Safety:
Adhere to all road traffic regulations and company policies while driving.
Ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition.
Key Skills & Experience:
Valid Full driving licence with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in a driving or vehicle delivery role.
Excellent attention to detail for vehicle inspections.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and condition assessments.
Familiarity with digital vehicle inspection tools.

Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
