Completing projects in a variety of building sectors, their work includes building in the residential, commercial, retail, industrial and healthcare sectors to name a few. Projects they have completed range in value up to and beyond €50m and as a result of their continued success and a number of new projects they have just recently secured, they look to add to their team further with the introduction of a new M&E building services coordinator for their business in Dublin. THE ROLE: Working out of our clients Dublin office, the successful BIM Coordinator will be responsible for the management and coordination of mechanical and electrical packages on projects, on a variety of building sectors including commercial, healthcare, pharma and large scale residential. Duties include: Use BIM (AutoCAD / Revit) software to produce 3D drawings. Manage and coordinate drawing and design work including BIM, builders' drawings and technical submissions Liaise with design, QS, Project and site teams throughout project. Produce AutoCAD mechanical & electrical schematics. Complete handover and liaise with all parties' post-handover. THE PERSON: For this BIM Service Coordinator role, we are looking for the following: A relevant qualification in building services engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering. Ideally, you will have experience working on a similar coordination role. Strong project or contracts management experience will also be considered, once you can display a strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services packages.
