OverviewThe main aim of the role is to carry out quality control testing of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with predefined quality and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and non-routine analysis with accuracy and efficiency.Complete test records on time, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.Identify opportunities for quality and service improvement; contribute to continuous improvement projects.Adhere to GMP guidelines and internal quality standards; ensure all activities are documented and traceable.Participate in Root Cause Analysis and prepare Exception reports.Gain proficiency in assigned tests/areas of testing; maintain training records.Provide training to colleagues in techniques/tests where competency is proven.Provide cover for colleagues as required.Participate in weekend rota, overtime, and On-Call/Call-out schedules.Ensure customer requirements are met.
