We are looking for an experienced Digital Macketing Specialist to manage and improve our online presence. This role will focus on website content updates, social media setup and management, and creating engaging digital content that supports a growing property-related business.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience who wants flexible part-time work and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
Website
* Edit and update website content (pages, images, product listings, blog posts)
* Improve layout, copy, and basic SEO
* Upload new products/content as required
* Work with WordPress / Shopify / Wix (state what you use)
Social Media
* Create and set up social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok if suitable)
* Develop a simple monthly content plan
* Create and schedule posts (graphics, short videos, captions)
* Grow engagement organically
Content Creation
* Create posts related to:
* Property / landlord & tenant topics
* Products or services we sell
* Basic graphic design (Canva or similar)
* Short-form video editing is a bonus (Reels / TikTok)
Required Experience
* Proven experience managing websites and social media accounts
* Comfortable working independently
* Strong written English
* Experience with:
* CMS platforms (WordPress / Shopify / similar)
* Canva or equivalent design tools
* Social media scheduling tools
Nice to Have
* Experience in property, real estate, e-commerce, or small business
* Basic SEO knowledge
* Paid ads experience (Meta / Google) – optional
Pay (Guide)
* €15 - €20 per hour, depending on experience
* Open to fixed monthly retainer once workload is defined
