We have opportunities for Finance lawyers (1 to 5 PQE) to join the Finance and Capital Markets department. In this role you will work on complex and novel multi‑disciplinary legal mandates for our market‑leading range of international and domestic clients. You are energetic, ambitious, keen to learn and will actively contribute to the growth of the practice.

The group works on a wide range of transactional work and is considered to be one of the leading practices in the Irish market. We are keen to speak to finance lawyers interested in working in some or all of the following areas:
Project Finance
Structured Finance and Capital Markets
Leveraged Acquisition Finance
General Corporate Finance
Property and Development Finance
Aviation Finance
The person
You are a qualified finance lawyer with transactional experience and are keen to further develop your skills in this area. You have good technical expertise and are enthusiastic about business development and helping to manage valuable client relationships as part of the team. You are highly client‑focused and committed to consistently exceeding client expectations. You can manage a diverse workload, deliver quality, commercially‑focused advice working collaboratively across the practice area. You enjoy the law you practice, and are hardworking and resilient.
